As a market planning director with a Fortune 500 financial institution, Teresa Bailey-Weirich draws on close to 30 years of experience in retail market planning, corporate real estate and development. She entered the industry as a senior property and facilities manager with PM Realty Group, where she oversaw portfolios for such prominent companies as Bank of America, MetLife, and Prudential. Teresa Bailey-Weirich moved on after 10 years in this role to become vice president and senior project and asset manager for corporate real estate in JPMorgan Chase Bank’s Sunbelt region.
Ms. Bailey-Weirich then accepted the position of vice president, market planner, and business leader at Wachovia Bank, where she provided the market plan and site selection for more than 120 high performing denovo branches in Texas and Northern Calif. She then took this commitment to results into her new role as senior vice president and director of relationship management for Key Bank’s Workplace Solutions division. In this capacity, she exceeded the team savings target by $10 million in two years.
Teresa Bailey-Weirich remains active in her industry as Real Estate Broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ms. Bailey-Weirich also supports a number of non-profit organizations including St. Jude’s, OK Kids Korral, Wounded Warriors Project, and various academic scholarship funds.
